Transportation and handling
Handling systems do have very different requirements
for positioning accuracy, speed and warehouse management,
such as:
- baggage carousels, package conveyors and distribution installations
- Pallet conveyor systems, cranes with connection to production machines and warehouse management
- For these systems with high dynamic procedure and precise positioning we produce the entire hard- and software. we also undertake the commissioning.
Glass fiber industry
We are sprecialized for the maintenance
and modernization of machinery for
producing aluminum-sheathed fiber optic cables
for the long-distance transmission of data.
Plastics industry
Machines for processing plastic
foil present special rquirements:
- Up to 90 high dynamic servo axes are necessary for processing plastic foil
- For 20 years, we deliver the engineering, the switch cabinets, the adjustment and the commissioning for these systems.
Metal industry
For machine and plant engineering in the
metal industry, we deliver the electrical
planning and equipment for:
- Wind-up unit for aluminum foils, extruding machines for aluminum and steel, production lines for steel, winders and strapping systems
Photovoltaics
In the last 5 years, we delivered about
3000 switch cabinets with a total output
of 600 MWP. These systems were mainly produced
in consideration of the UL-rules of the United States.
Raw materials industry
In this field, we deliver the planning
and equipment for the electronical system.
- emergency power systems, each with an output of 600kW
- switch systems for ore production with up to 200 m switch cabinets
- control cabinets for crushing plants.
